Refund Policy

The Full Chart Report ($29) is a digital product, generated and delivered as soon as your payment is complete. Because of that, we do not offer refunds simply for a change of mind. We do put things right when something has gone wrong.

When we refund in full

• Your report did not arrive and we cannot deliver it.
• A technical fault in the report that we cannot fix.
• You were charged twice, or charged in error.

Wrong birth details

If you entered the wrong date, time or place of birth, email us within 7 days of your purchase with the correct details and we will regenerate your report once, free of charge.

How to ask

Email hello@venusianastro.com within 7 days of your purchase, from the address you used at checkout, and tell us what went wrong. We reply within 3 business days. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe and usually appear within 5 to 10 business days.
