Terms of Service

These terms apply to venusianastro.com (the “Site”) and to everything you get from Venusian Astro (“we”, “us”): the free chart, the daily notes and the paid Full Chart Report. By using the Site or buying a report, you agree to them.

1. What we offer

The free chart shows your rising sign, Moon sign and nakshatra, the life period you are in, and a daily note. The Full Chart Report is a one-time digital purchase, priced at $29 (US dollars) unless a different price is shown at checkout. It is generated from the birth details you enter and delivered online as soon as payment is complete.

2. Your birth details

Charts and reports are calculated from the date, time and place of birth you give us. If those details are wrong or the birth time is unknown, the results will be less precise. Please check them before you buy.

3. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details. Prices may change, but a change never affects a purchase you have already made.

4. Refunds

Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.

5. Nature of the readings

Vedic astrology is a traditional system of interpretation. Our charts, notes and reports are offered for personal insight and reflection. They are not medical, legal, financial or psychological advice, and you should not rely on them in place of a qualified professional. Decisions you make are your own.

6. Personal use

Your report is for your personal use. You may share it with people close to you, but you may not resell it, publish it, or copy the Site's content for commercial use. You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission of a parent or guardian, to buy a report.

7. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the Site: no attempts to break its security, overload it, or scrape it in bulk.

8. Changes and availability

We may update these terms. The version on this page applies from the date shown above. We aim to keep the Site available, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Site and its content are provided “as is”, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the report concerned.
